During our many years of delivering
data center and IT infrastructure engineering and
design solutions to our clients, we observed a
significant gap between our clients’ needs for data
center and IT infrastructure management systems on
the one hand and those systems available on the
market on the other hand.
Many of the available products were developed by
software-centric companies that lacked detailed
understanding of the infrastructure and systems that
they were seeking to manage. Moreover, these
companies built products that required the clients
to change their workflows and processes rather than
adapt to those of the clients’.
In 2004, NTA embarked on developing two powerful and
comprehensive products. The first product,
xTrack™ is targeted for the management and
automation of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure. The
2nd product, dcTrack™ was developed to
focus on the unique aspects of automating and
managing data center infrastructure.
The two products are based on Microsoft’s highly
scalable SQL servers and Window-based front-ends. |
